Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork Leads Generation and Bidding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and submitting compelling bids on Upwork. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and securing new projects. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of the freelance marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and projects on Upwork
- Generate and qualify leads based on company criteria
- Craft and submit persuasive bids tailored to each client’s needs
- Maintain and update a database of leads and bid submissions
- Track and analyze bid success rates and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the team to understand service offerings and client requirements
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation and bidding activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation and bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Ability to craft personalized and compelling bid proposals
- Familiarity with Upwork’s platform and bidding process
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
